We’d like to send out a huge THANK YOU to today’s volunteers who helped construct and decorate! We had such a great turn out of volunteers that did everything from short little tasks to incredibly long shifts. They were so efficient and got so much done that we’re actually ahead of schedule! We’re happy to say that we don’t need any volunteers tomorrow. We couldn’t have accomplished all that we did today without all of you.
These last few days are the big final push. Please consider coming out to help.
It would be so great if we could continue out the week with the same progress and success that we had today.
The Week’s Schedule:
Sunday June 5th – We’re ahead of schedule, day off!
Monday June 6th – No work scheduled
Tuesday June 7th, 4pm to 10pm – build laser tag, outside set up, continue gym decorating
Wednesday June 8th, 12:30 to 3pm (Really Crucial Time) and 3pm to 8:30pm (No Senior Parents) – final touches and last minute details
Thursday June 9th, 3am to 12pm – Clean-Up Time
Lots of Late Night Shifts Still Need to Be Filled!
It takes hundreds of volunteers to make this a fantastic event that our Grads will always remember. Unfortunately, we’ll have to shut down any attractions later in the evening that don’t have volunteers.
