* Parents of Seniors are especially encouraged to attend this meeting as this will be an opportunity to learn specifics about Grad Night. All parents of all grade levels are as always also welcome.
Take Advantage Of This Opportunity To Earn Raffle Tickets For The Cash Prize Drawings Of Up To $500 That Take Place At Grad Night
There are two ways to earn raffle tickets toward the cash prize drawings that take place on Grad Night
- You can earn a raffle ticket for every large bag of candy, 12 pack of soda or case of water you bring to the meeting this week!
- You can earn a raffle ticket for every hour you volunteer by attending Grad Night meetings (including tomorrow’s meeting), helping during Grad Night set up from June 8-13th, and for helping with one of our planning committees.
Grad Night depends on donations from people like you to keep it going and every donation at tomorrow’s meeting earns your student a Grad Night raffle ticket! We need of lots of cases of water, soda and sports drinks, as well as many bags of bite-sized candy. At this meeting ONLY, (Wednesday – April 25th) for EVERY bag of candy, case of water, 12-pk of sodas and/or case of sports drinks donated, parents will be given a raffle ticket for their student to be entered into drawings for cash prizes. The Raffle is always open to all grade level students. Parents, bring your donations and fill out raffle tickets with their child’s name, student ID number and year of graduation. All tickets will be put in their child’s respective graduation class year container for their Grad Night.
